Softball Preview: Holcomb Longhorns vs. Stanton County Trojans
Holcomb is 7-1 against Stanton County since May of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success in Tuesday's first game. Korryn Johnson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts every time she's pitched this season.

Kynzi Fehringer was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits (she also didn't allow any walks). Fehringer was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, a triple, and two RBI.
