Overton is 1-9 against Cane Ridge since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Overton Bobcats will challenge the Cane Ridge Ravens at 5:30 p.m. Overton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.2 points per game this season.

Overton is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 69 points on Friday, they were much more limited against Hillsboro on Saturday. They took a blow against the Burros, falling 63-26. The match marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the defeat, Overton had strong showings from Ryleigh Meanus, who posted seven points, and William Livingston, who earned six points.

Meanwhile, Cane Ridge lost to Antioch on the road by a 71-55 margin on Saturday. The Ravens haven't had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Cane Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Overton, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Overton ended up a good deal behind Cane Ridge in their previous meeting back in January, losing 79-64. Can Overton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
