St. Joseph won against Ludlowe last Wednesday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Cadets' pitcher stepped up to hand the Newtown Nighthawks a 4-0 shutout. The win was just business as usual for the Cadets, who after three games remain undefeated this season.
The result came thanks to Katie Dzialo's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season.
