It was a good run, but Waterloo unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ider Hornets.

Waterloo's defeat dropped their record down to 26-15. As for Ider, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 37-15-2 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ider beat Waterloo by a score of 6-1 on Wednesday.
