Bangs' victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-6. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Cisco, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.
Cisco was able to grind out a solid win over Bangs in their previous matchup back in March, winning 10-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Loboes since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
