Basketball Recap: Manhattan Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Manhattan lost against Manhattan Christian back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Manhattan Tigers fell 66-55 to the Manhattan Christian Eagles. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manhattan's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-5. As for Manhattan Christian, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

Manhattan and Manhattan Christian should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Montana Rankings. Manhattan will take on Ennis at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 81 places (48 vs. 129). Manhattan will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak dating back to last season alive. Similarly, Manhattan Christian (ranked 26th) will meet Gardiner (ranked 117th) at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
