Carlisle is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 50-22 victory over New Summerfield. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Indians as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Cushing had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mustangs 69-24. That 45 point margin sets a new team best for the Bearkats this season.

Cushing's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-9. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Carlisle, their win bumped their record up to 3-8.
