They fell just short of the Central Rockets by a score of 44-41 on Saturday. The Barbs have struggled against the Rockets recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

DeKalb's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Central, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.
