Volleyball Recap: Crowley County Comes Up Short

Crowley County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Swink Lions. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Chargers have suffered since October 15, 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-11, 25-15.

Crowley County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Swink, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Crowley County will venture away from home to take on Holly at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Swink, they will host Swallows Charter Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (the Lions have won nine straight at home dating back to last season, while the Spartans won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
