Basketball Game Preview: Manheim Central Barons vs. Eastern Lebanon County Raiders

The Manheim Central Barons will head out on the road to take on the Eastern Lebanon County Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Manheim Central knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Eastern Lebanon County likes a good challenge.

Last Tuesday, Manheim Central earned a 55-43 win over Cocalico.

Meanwhile, Eastern Lebanon County beat Annville-Cleona 63-50 on Tuesday.

Manheim Central's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Eastern Lebanon County, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Manheim Central didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Eastern Lebanon County in their previous meeting back in January of 2022, but they still walked away with a 58-53 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Manheim Central since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
