Basketball Recap: Bostonia Global Takes a Loss

Bostonia Global was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were dealt a 48-18 loss at the hands of the San Diego Academy Cavaliers. One positive for the Lobos, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading San Diego Academy to victory were George Zambrana and Mario Morales. Zambrana posted 11 points, while Morales earned ten points. The dominant performance gave Morales a new career-high in points.

Bostonia Global's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for San Diego Academy, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Coincidentally, Bostonia Global and San Diego Academy will both be playing Health Sciences the next time they take the court. Bostonia Global will head out to face Health Sciences at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while San Diego Academy will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
