Baseball Recap: Shannon Comes Up Short

Shannon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the West Point Green Wave, falling 13-2. The Red Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Green Wave earlier this season, when they won 7-3.

Shannon saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Judon Harris, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Harris has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played.

Shannon's defeat dropped their record down to 7-20. As for West Point, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-20.

As of now, neither Shannon nor the Green Wave have any future games scheduled.
