Basketball Recap: Winchester Skates Past Acton-Boxborough with Ease

Winchester was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Acton-Boxborough on Monday. The Winchester Red & Black breezed by the Acton-Boxborough The Revolution to the tune of 84-49. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Red & Black also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Winchester now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Acton-Boxborough, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Winchester will take on Medford in a tournament on Saturday. As for Acton-Boxborough, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Newton South at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
