Anderson extended their postseason success on Friday against Victoria East. They skirted past the Titans 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won five contests in a row.

Anderson's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-6. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Victoria East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 30-7.

Coming up, Anderson will challenge Lake Creek on Saturday. The Lions' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Trojans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Victoria East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
