Cummings is a perfect 7-0 against North Moore since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cummings Cavaliers will host the North Moore Mustangs at 7:30 p.m.

Last Thursday, Cummings lost to Northwood on the road by a 52-35 margin. The defeat continues a trend for the Cavaliers in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, North Moore strolled past Graham with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 67-53. The Mustangs pushed the score to 53-33 by the end of the third, a deficit the Red Devils cut but never quite recovered from.

North Moore had a senior duo take command as Brady Preslar went 11 of 15 on his way to 25 points and Colby Pennington dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Pennington has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brandon Powell, who posted seven points and seven assists.

North Moore was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Cummings' loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for North Moore, their victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-14.

Cummings was able to grind out a solid win over North Moore when the teams last played on Wednesday, winning 73-65. Will Cummings repeat their success, or does North Moore have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
