Glencoe won the last time they faced Saks and things went their way on Friday too. The Yellowjackets took their game with ease, bagging a 46-6 victory over the Wildcats. The Yellowjackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 37 points or more this season.

Bronner McMurray produced another solid performance rushing for 96 yards and two TDs. Jayman Mintz was another key player, throwing for 65 yards and three touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Glencoe was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 260 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 203 rushing yards in four consecutive matchups.

Glencoe is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.8 points over those games. As for Saks, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Glencoe and Saks will both be playing Ohatchee the next time they take the field. The Yellowjackets will head out to face the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Wildcats will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
