Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask East Longmeadow). They came out on top against the Agawam Brownies by a score of 62-49 on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

East Longmeadow's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Agawam, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.

East Longmeadow has already played their next match, a 56-37 victory against Ludlow on the 30th. As for Agawam, they will square off against Wahconah Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
