El Cajon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Ramona, their record now sits at 6-11-1.

Looking ahead, El Cajon Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Bishop's at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Braves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 9.7 runs per game this season.
