Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Bend Central). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 68-17 victory over the Tekamah-Herman Tigers. Given North Bend Central's advantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 21st, while Tekamah-Herman is ranked 247th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

North Bend Central's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.8 points over those games. As for Tekamah-Herman, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 14 of their last 15 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 2-19 record this season.
