Franklin Academy skates past International Studies with ease

The Franklin Academy Panthers's game on Monday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 75-14 victory over International Studies. With Franklin Academy ahead 45-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Franklin Academy found their leader in underclassman Robert Guishard, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Guishard has scored at least 25% of Franklin Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Poyser, who scored 11 points.
Franklin Academy's victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for International Studies, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Franklin Academy will be playing at home against Somerset Academy Central Miramar at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Somerset Academy Central Miramar focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine last Thursday. International Studies' road trip will continue as they head out to face Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on December 13th.
