They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots 66-18 on the road. Claude was led to victory by Holden Tice and Thomas Slack. Tice threw for 197 yards and five touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes, while Slack gained 137 total yards and three touchdowns.
Claude's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. Trapper Godfrey picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown.
