Basketball Recap: Hydaburg Comes Up Short

Hydaburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Skagway Panthers, falling 63-20. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 63-10 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Hydaburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Skagway, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.

While Hydaburg had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Monday.
