Basketball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was the 44-30 winner over Fort Atkinson when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Jefferson Eagles fell 65-56 to the Fort Atkinson Blackhawks on Saturday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Fort Atkinson, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Jefferson will square off against Evansville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort Atkinson has already played their next contest (against Waunakee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
