Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only St. Thomas Aquinas walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Nova Titans on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Raiders as they're now sitting on 11 straight.

Adriana Medrano went supernova, getting ten aces and five digs. Those ten aces gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailey Trebbien, who had 12 assists and four aces.

They weren't the only good servers: St. Thomas Aquinas was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 22 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matchups.

St. Thomas Aquinas' win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Nova, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season.

St. Thomas Aquinas will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Cooper City at 4:30 p.m. Nova does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
