Kannon Rector, Placer's leader in assists on the season, led the team again on Wednesday. Rector was dialed in as he posted 16 points along with eight assists and four steals. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Yuba City back in January, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Rector's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Coming up, Rector and Placer are taking a road trip to take on River Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Rector hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 18.6 per game this season), but he'll have his work cut out for him against a dominant the Falcons defense that's only given up 18.8 points per game.
