Basketball Recap: Millard Comes Up Short

Millard lost against Beaver back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Millard Eagles fell to the Beaver Beavers 70-66. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Beavers 24-15 in the first quarter.

Millard has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Beaver, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-7.

Millard has already played their next matchup, a 74-45 loss against South Sevier on the 24th. As for Beaver, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-50 victory against Water Canyon on the 24th.
