Soccer Game Preview: Del Valle vs. Hanks

Del Valle has won nine straight games at home, while Hanks has won nine straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Del Valle Conquistadores will host the Hanks Knights at 7:30 p.m. Del Valle knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past nine contests -- so hopefully Hanks likes a good challenge.

Del Valle's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over Parkland. The result was nothing new for the Conquistadores, who have now won 13 games by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Hanks' game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They won by a goal and slipped past Parkland 1-0.

Del Valle's win bumped their record up to 17-1. As for Hanks, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Del Valle took their victory against Hanks in their previous matchup back in February by a conclusive 8-1. Does Del Valle have another victory up their sleeve, or will Hanks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
