North Rockland came tearing into Friday's game with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.9 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Clarkstown North Rams with points to spare, taking the game 54-40. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 35th, while the Rams are ranked 437th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

North Rockland's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-3. As for Clarkstown North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.
