Soccer Recap: East Aurora Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for East Aurora, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Lancaster Legends get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Thursday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for East Aurora considering their one-goal performance the game before.

The win got East Aurora back to even at 1-1. As for Lancaster, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Looking ahead, East Aurora will square off against Grand Island at 12:00 p.m. on September 6. As for Lancaster, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Clarence at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The match will give Lancaster their first taste of in-conference action this season.
