Baseball Recap: Nouvel Catholic Central Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Nouvel Catholic Central and Ithaca, and Ithaca kept the tradition alive. The Panthers fell 4-1 to the Yellowjackets on Thursday. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Yellowjackets earlier this season, when they won 12-2.

Cam Kaul was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Nouvel Catholic Central's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Ithaca, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 6-9.
