Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Montgomery County). They enjoyed a cozy 50-32 win over the Bowling Green Bobcats on Tuesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the season.

Bowling Green's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Sydney Charlton, who went 5 of 8 en route to 13 points in addition to six rebounds and three blocks, and Olivia Dawson, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 13 points. Charlton has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Karli Dean, who posted three points.

With the victory, Montgomery County broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-7. As for Bowling Green, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-8.

Montgomery County will host Wright City at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bowling Green has already played their next match (against Fulton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
