Chaparral is 6-0 against Mountain Pointe since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Chaparral Firebirds will square off against the Mountain Pointe Pride at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Pointe took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Chaparral, who comes in off a win.

Chaparral is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Flagstaff 7-0 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Firebirds with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Mountain Pointe lost 4-1 to Notre Dame Prep on Wednesday. The Pride haven't had much luck with the Saints recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

The win made it two in a row for Chaparral and bumps their season record up to 4-5-2. As for Mountain Pointe, they now have a losing record at 3-4-1.

Everything went Chaparral's way against Mountain Pointe in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as Chaparral made off with a 5-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Chaparral since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
