Volleyball Recap: TEACH Tech Charter Comes Up Short

TEACH Tech Charter extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to nine on Wednesday, dropping them down to 0-3. They came up short against the Magnolia Science Academy Carson Vipers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

As for Magnolia Science Academy Carson, the win got them back to even at 2-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for they.

MARIELA VASQUEZ had a dynamite game, getting 13 aces. Those 13 aces gave her a new career-high. ANNALYN ARREOLA was another key player, getting six aces.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. TEACH Tech Charter will take on Brio College Prep at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Magnolia Science Academy Carson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South LA College Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
