Soccer Game Preview: Tennyson vs. Berkeley

Tennyson is 0-7-1 against Berkeley since January of 2016 but things could change on Wednesday. The Lancers will be playing at home against the Yellowjackets at 6:30 p.m.

On Friday, Tennyson and Bishop O'Dowd finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Berkeley waltzed into their matchup on Friday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They never let the Jets get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Given Berkeley's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 56th, while Encinal are ranked 1083rd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

With that draw, Tennyson's record moves to 8-2-8. As for Berkeley, their win bumped their record up to 13-2-2.
