Appomattox County has gone 9-1 against Dan River recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Dan River was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Altavista could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Dan River's record moves to 1-4-1. As for Appomattox County, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-4-1.
