Recap: Salem Generals vs. Lake George Lakers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Granville, the Salem Generals were happy to have found some success on Friday. They had just enough and edged Lake George out 45-43. That's another feather in the cap for Salem, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the defeat, Lake George had strong showings from Madyson Brennan, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 14 rebounds, and Emily Guidetti, who scored seven points along with 12 rebounds and two steals. Brennan is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.
Salem's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10. As for Lake George, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.
Salem does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lake George also has no future games currently scheduled.
