Basketball Recap: Hillsborough Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

Hillsborough put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They secured a 64-60 W over the Franklin Warriors. For the Raiders, this counts as revenge for the 61-56 win the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Hillsborough pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Franklin, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillsborough will be home for the holidays to greet Madison at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Hillsborough knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Madison likes a good challenge. As for Franklin, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting St. Rose at 6:00 p.m. on December 26th.
