Hugoton has gone 8-2 against Scott recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Hugoton Eagles will face off against the Scott Beavers at 7:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Hugoton has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Scott, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-3.

Things could have been worse for Hugoton, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 57-40 loss to Scott when the teams last played last Thursday. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Scott's Jackson Rumford, who almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds.
