Volleyball Recap: Evanston Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins at Home

The Evanston Wildkits came up short against the Conant Cougars on Thursday and fell 2-0.

While Evanston was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by exactly three points. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-22.

Evanston's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-19. As for Conant, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 24-9.

Evanston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Conant, they will challenge Lake Park at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
