Soccer Recap: Green River's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

There was early excitement for Green River after they claimed the first goal on Thursday, however, they wouldn't score again. They came up short against the Jackson Hole Broncs, falling 4-1. The defeat continues a trend for Green River in their meetings with Jackson Hole: they've now lost six in a row.

Green River's goal came courtesy of Braxton Doak, who's now up to nine this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Green River fell to 2-1-1. As for Jackson Hole, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Green River and Jackson Hole will both be playing Rock Springs the next time they take the pitch. Wolves will host the TIGERS at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Broncs will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
