Volleyball Recap: Rio Lindo Adventist Comes Up Short

Rio Lindo Adventist entered their matchup against Kelseyville on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Spartans fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2. The Spartans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Knights earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Rio Lindo Adventist sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 13-25, 25-12, 20-25, 15-10.

Rio Lindo Adventist's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Kelseyville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Rio Lindo Adventist does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kelseyville, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Credo on the 24th.
