Softball Recap: Ray Comes Up Short

Ray lost against Mogollon on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bearcats lost 19-2 to the Mustangs. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ray saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julissa Garcia, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run.

Ray's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Mogollon, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-9.

Ray wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 15-8 defeat against Superior on the 15th. As for Mogollon, they have also already played their next matchup, a 19-5 loss against Williams on the 15th.
