Soccer Game Preview: Washington vs. Southwest Onslow + Official Tickets

The Washington Pam Pack will take on the Southwest Onslow Stallions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Washington is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering North Pitt just ended the team's 14-match winning streak on Thursday. They lost 5-1 to the Panthers. Washington were red-hot offensively heading into the contest (they scored no less than four goals in the five matchups prior), but North Pitt's defense proved too tough.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Southwest Onslow had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Red Devils 4-3. Southwest Onslow's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last six games.

Southwest Onslow's win bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Washington, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 11-1 and their overall record down to 15-2-1.
