Volleyball Recap: Ainsworth Takes a Loss

Ainsworth lost against Gothenburg back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Swedes. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-16.

Ainsworth's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Gothenburg, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 10-8.

Ainsworth has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Hershey on the 27th. As for Gothenburg, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Bridgeport on the 27th.
