Robinson waltzed into their match on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Carlyle Indians/Lady Indians.

Eva Herman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit and racked up 16 Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Robinson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mallory Mosbey, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Robinson's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-13. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 4.6 runs across that stretch. As for Carlyle, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12.

As of now, neither Robinson nor the Indians/Lady Indians have any future games scheduled.
