Softball Recap: Morgan County Takes a Loss

Morgan County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They lost 15-0 to the West Carter Comets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Comets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-8 back in March.

Morgan County's loss dropped their record down to 4-22. As for West Carter, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-11.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Comets beat Morgan County by a score of 15-1 later that day.
