Volleyball Recap: Creighton Bulldogs vs. Elgin/Pope John Wolfpack
Creighton suffered their biggest loss since September 23rd on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Elgin/Pope John Wolfpack. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.
Creighton was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Elgin/Pope John work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-14, 25-16.

Despite the loss, Creighton still got an impressive performance from Aspen Fulton, who had 28 digs and one assist. Fulton is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 20 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Creighton's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Elgin/Pope John, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-10.
Creighton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Elgin/Pope John, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Bloomfield on the 28th.
