Remington is 8-2 against Marion since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Remington Broncos will be playing at home against the Marion Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Remington sitting on three straight wins and Marion on five.

Last Saturday, everything went Remington's way against Ell-Saline as Remington made off with a 57-32 victory. The Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Marion hadn't done well against Council Grove recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Marion secured a 29-24 W over Council Grove. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Braves are ranked 254th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Remington's win bumped their record up to 12-3-1. As for Marion, they have also been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Remington was able to grind out a solid victory over Marion in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, winning 44-31. Will Remington repeat their success, or does Marion have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
