Volleyball Recap: Coconut Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Coconut Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Nova Titans. The Cougars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Titans from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

While Coconut Creek was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Nova's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-12, 25-22.

Coconut Creek's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Nova, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Coconut Creek and Nova could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings. The Cougars will take on Pompano Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Monday with a big rank disadvantage (661 vs. 282). Meanwhile, Nova (ranked 493rd) will meet West Broward (ranked 145th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
