After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Clay/Clay City, Fairfield was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They snuck past the Edwards County Lions with a 54-48 win. The victory continues a trend for the Mules in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won four in a row.

Fairfield's win bumped their record up to 16-12. As for Edwards County, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-9.
